My partner and I are FTB and Tracy was absolutely fantastic!
She kept us in the loop with everything and got as much advice and help as she could. We weren't kept in the dark at all and Tracy was very approachable and fast at replying to emails if you weren't sure about something.
100% recommend Freelands as staff are all lovely and will go out there way to do anything for you.

I have bought and sold 4 houses in the past 10 years and wouldn’t look past Tracy ODonnell and the team at Freelands in Motherwell. Tracy takes the stress and pressure away and you can trust her to get on with her job. You don’t need to chase her or remind her of anything she’s does it all. I completely trust Tracy and the team and would highly recommend them and have done so to several of my friends who have had the same experience.

Recently my mum and myself had started the process of applying for Guardianship. Caitlin Gilbert was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as were all staff. My elderly mum had been so nervous beforehand but Caitlin guided us through everything. Thoroughly recommend Freelands for professional and friendly service.

I wasn't told about the £222 per hour charge (£185 plus VAT) for handling my case. Finally paid after receiving threatening letters involving Sheriff Officers! Despite not being shown (or signing) a contract, any terms of business, any indication of what the costs would be and refusing to show me evidence of their work undertaken...I was instructed to pay over £1,200 2 years after my initial appointment! With a home and family to protect, what choice had I? I was misled throughout and dealt with unfairly...don't make the same mistake I made!

The service received from Freelands was second to none with Tracy O'Donnell going above and beyond to ensure any stress and delays associated with the buying and selling process were dealt with efficiently. There were a number of curve balls thrown at Tracy, none of which phased her. I particularly appreciated the fact that communication was excellent - Tracy would reply to emails quickly and always provide what updates she could so that you were never kept in the dark. I would highly recommend Freelands and in particular Tracy if you want someone friendly you can rely on.
