Excellent experience with Roo!
I heard so many me horror stories about the process of buying a flat, coupled with the fact that it was my first time and there's endless jargon, but Roo made the process totally tolerable (I say tolerable because I still think the process itself is ridiculously slow in this country). She always responded to me quickly and took phone calls when I requested to understand some elements in greater detail. She explained things to me in a patient way, and made sure I was always aware of where she was in the process. When I did give a deadline for completion she worked to that date and we achieved it, which I really appreciate. HIGHLY recommend Roo for anyone looking to purchase a property but especially if it's your first time and you're feeling overwhelmed - her support definitely helped. 5/5 stars, thank you Roo!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have such a positive experience from this firm. I
was going through immense stress brought on from accusations being made against me and this firm assigned me a Paralegal under the name of Talal Husseini.
Talal escorted me to the police station for an interview and was amazing support, not just at the time but after as well - with the result coming back as NFA Talal gave me a sense of calm but also allowing me to defend myself.
