I contacted Mark Reynolds Solocitor’s under recommendation. I was allocated Rob as my personal solicitor.
He was professional, diligent and thorough. He kept me informed of my claim’s progress on a regular basis.
He was also realistic in communicating his expectations in an understandable fashion.

I contacted Mark Reynolds about an accident which resulted in a broken elbow and shoulder which required trauma surgery.
David Speed was in charge of my case. He worked tirelessly to obtain compensation for my injuries.
A settlement was reached.
From the start he was kind, friendly and professional. He kept me well informed through the entire process.
He was always willing to listen, and advise with compassion whilst maintaining his professionalism.
On behalf of myself and my family I want to say a huge thank you. He is a credit to Mark Reynolds Solicitors and would highly recommend him and the company to anyone requiring a solicitor.

We met with Rachel Harvey at the Runcorn office for a review of our will. She spotted some omissions and ambiguous wording on our original will and explained clearly why and how the will needed amending.
Rachel is very pleasant calm and patient and explains things fully in layman terms.
She also at our request arranged Power of Attorney for myself and my husband with clear and informative explanation how it worked and warning us it may take some time with the Office of the Public Guardian and Land Registry In fact both came through within 3 months of meeting. She kept us fully informed throughout the process.

Went in to affirm an Affidavit on 31 October 2023. Reception was very helpful and chatty, listen to what I had to say and got the Solicitor down that gave me what I needed. If I ever require assistance again... I would definatly go back to Mark Reynolds Solicitor's, Suez St, Warrington again.

We contacted a number of solicitors before we made a final decision on who we would ask to organise our wills.
We spoke with Katy Davison on the phone who spoke clearly and without using unnecessary jargon.
We made an appointment with Katy and she put us at ease straight away. We thought she was very professional, thorough and explained the various options that were available to us.

Needed a witness signature on a form. Tried my bank and doctors both wouldn't do it. Popped in mark Reynolds by chance saw Catherine Sheehy couldn't have been more helpful sorted in minutes and no charge.
