My representative was amazing throughout my entire situation, possibly the worst four moths of my life with a lot of uncertainty Lavinia was absolutely amazing. Very patient and informative and at times where my anxiety was skyrocketing she was able to reassure me that the process was normal and that they were in control. I cannot thank Lavinia, Josie, Clair and the staff at JNP Legal in Merthyr Tydfil enough. should anyone reading this find themselves in the unfortunate situation requiring legal representation, I would definitely recommend this firm. Thank you all again.
