Rachel was unbelievably so patient with our unorganised sellers solicitors, who was never at the office and didn’t answer calls from her or our sellers. Everyone else was so frustrated but Rachel remained patient and calm. She was so professional and easy to speak to. She kept us informed step by step and went over and above to help us. My representative was amazing throughout my entire situation, possibly the worst four moths of my life with a lot of uncertainty Lavinia was absolutely amazing. Very patient and informative and at times where my anxiety was skyrocketing she was able to reassure me that the process was normal and that they were in control. I cannot thank Lavinia, Josie, Clair and the staff at JNP Legal in Merthyr Tydfil enough. should anyone reading this find themselves in the unfortunate situation requiring legal representation, I would definitely recommend this firm. Thank you all again. (just for awareness I did not give 5 stars for the simple reason I believe everything in life can be made better, if I did not have this personal view I would give 5 stars all day)
