I called around several solicitors in Attleborough, Wymondham, one in Thetford and a couple in Norwich to try to get some documents certified to enable me to get an overseas pension paid into my UK account. I was surprised when I was told that they either didn't do that service, or they were just too busy to fit me in! In fact I believe I'm still waiting for several of them to call me back with appointments. Disappointing
Rudlings not only fitted me in, they initially said call back in the morning then we will tell you when we can fit you in on the same day. Then the receptionist called me back and offered me a slot within 30 minutes, if I could get there!. I wont tell you the fee, but it was really affordable and I was done and dusted within 15 mins.
The staff that dealt with me were exceptionally polite.
Thank you for your very professional service, something that is very hard to come by today but very much appreciated by me,

The conveyancing team led by Ashleigh have worked extremely hard to help me and my EA navigate an almost impossible situation with four very difficult separate parties. They respond quickly and professionally to communications and requests. We nearly didn’t make it to completion, but due to their timely response to information at the last minute, they were able to make it happen. Highly recommended.

I used Rudlings Wakelam for the my first property purchase. They were fantastic from start to finish. Every stage of the process I was kept informed and up to date.

Ms Victoria Josif (Partner) was investigated; and found wanting, by the Legal Ombudsman following my complaint for – 1. Disclosure of confidential information to a colleague. 2. Providing a client with inaccurate information on three occasions. 3. Failure to progress a request in a timely manner. 4. Poor communications. For these failing the Legal Ombudsman recommended the firm pay compensation. The recommended compensation was increased for failing to respond to the complaint made on 29 Mar 18. A response to my complaint was received from Stephen McGrath (Partner) on 19 Sep 18, but only after a letter was sent to the firm on 14 Sep 18 by the Legal Ombudsman asking why they had not responded. I would not recommend the services of Rudlings Wakelam, especially as the three people involved in the complaint were the three partners!
