I have received a very professional and helpful service from Lisa who has been brilliant threw out the process of what’s needed to be done.
Always made to feel like nothing is to much of a problem with Lisa who is a kind friendly face to deal with and always kept me upto date with everything and provided me with all information needed.

Sharon Spicer was recommended to us by one of the sales people at Beals. She provided a quote for our part exchange within 48 hours and we decided to proceed. As part of the PX Sharon also managed closing out our help to buy account on the old house which was really helpful as the procedure is quite confusing. We signed the paperwork at the office with Sharon, she was so informative and helped us understand all the legal jargon so we were able to understand what we were signing and chased Beals on our behalf on several items. Rachel in her team was also fantastic, she was so efficient and always quick to reply to emails and was very friendly and approachable. I would absolutely recommend Sharon to anyone else purchasing a house.

Lisa really helped with my case, she was absolutely amazing. Lisa took really great care of advising me and helping me with every bit of the way. She made sure I had everything in place and always had my best interest at heart.
A lovely and caring person, who always fitted my appointments around my schedule.
