From first contact to closure my case the service received from Kiana and the team has been exemplary.

Successful first time buyer new build purchase!

We chose to use Sanderson’s solicitors as our conveyancers for our first house purchase which was a new build. Me and my partner both used LISAs, combined with builder incentives which there was a potential hiccup with along the way; however Sharon ensured everything went smoothly. Completion was very simple with no issues. Highly recommend.
