Cannot recommend Iain highly enough

If you're looking for a solicitor who can help take the emotional out of things and approach the facts in a measured way, who knows when to pause and when to escalate, and who has a proven track record of getting optimal outcomes as efficiently as possible - Iain is your man. You will have to be prepared to share him as he is very popular unsurprisingly but he will never miss a deadline. He's also empathetic and has integrity. 10/10 would recommend his services.

Families can be difficult especially when money is involved. I was executor of my brothers to ensure there was an equal split. Given that all parties were overseas McCormick’s ensured what was in scope and what was out of out of scope this took a couple of years to sort out but got the result March 2025
