Sophie made the whole process so easy. Sophie was friendly, very efficient and accurate in her work. We would definitely use Jordan’s again if Sophie is indicative if the standard of your staff.

From my very first inquiry the knowledge and professionalism shown by my solicitor Sophie Costello was second to none , everything explained precisely and concisely as it is rather an emotional experience preparing a final will I was hugely and forever grateful to the emphatic way I was treated by such an amazing young woman , my family and I shall be forever grateful. And rest assured all my legal issues from now on will be handled by the very professional and capable Sophie.

I spoke to the receptionist at Selby office about my needs on a Monday, only to be told there was no solicitor in the office and that someone would call me on Wednesday. Fine. No call came so I rang them on Friday again, apologies as the person ringing me had taken leave and would be back the following Wednesday and would call me then!! Guess what?!? No call. I rang them Thursday again to be told they don’t offer the service I requested on day 1. I was then told someone would call me back the same day. I called a different solicitor in Selby at this point and explained my needs, got an appointment for their next working day after explaining how Jordan’s had let me down, they popped my appointment in between two appointments they already had, booked in the half hour in between. Jordan’s (Lisa from Wakefield office) did actually call me back to apologise and say she had spoken to a solicitor who had agreed to sign the document, I obviously declined but wonder if they would have been there on Tuesday ?!? Who knows but I would definitely never recommend Jordan’s to anyone.

Jordan solicitors provided us with an excellent level of service when we were handling our move with Shaquille being on the ball with all the papers we had to get done. A few years later we decided to get our wills done with the same firm due to the level that the work is done here. And again, we were met with the same level of both professionalism and friendliness and would recommend Jordan solicitors to anyone I speak to.

I instructed Jordan’s to undertake the conveyancing of both selling my property and the purchase of another.
