it was a very quick process, much better than we could ever have imagined with the sale going through from the offer date to moving in 6 weeks.
We were delighted to have the money in the bank, with all the checks going smoothly we felt in safe hands.

Took a ridiculously long time to complete a house sale and not once did she deign to speak to me. Everything went through her assistant to the point where I could be persuaded the conveyancer doesn’t actually exist. A real shame as previously had good experiences with Walker Foster. Have now left them for another much more proactive and responsive conveyancer.

The second time I have used Walker Foster (Skipton) for a property transaction and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I recently used Walker Foster Solicitors for a transfer. The transfer was not straight forward and had its implication's, to which Claire from WF dealt with in a timely and very professional manner.
