Sarah Soo at the Beeston office took over my late aunt's case after my solicitor at the Derby office retired. She was like a 'whirlwind', so knowledgeable, kind, caring and yet professional. I have Beeston office over many years usually for purchase or sale of property. I recently had to ask for their assistance in dealing with my late wife’s estate with regard to inheritance tax and probate.

I have used Rotheras for various purposes over the years, from notary to litigation. On this occasion I was buying a flat and required their services for conveyancing. I worked with Sara Odedra from the Leicester office and couldn't be more pleased. Sara was professional and knowledgeable. The vendors side was challenging, but Sara kept on top of the case and we completed just in time. I was very happy with the service provided and will be coming back to Sara when I remortgage.
I will continue to use Rothera Bray when I require legal services and assistance.

I have received excellent service from Rothera Bray solicitors. They have helped me with probate on my parent’s estate including the selling of their property. The property had equity release and they have handled all aspects of this process very well. They kept me updated And were always on hand for any questions.

We have used Rothera in the past, called for a quote for a house sell & was told for Legal fee it was £1200 + VAT, yet when the estate agent requested a quote from Rothera they were told for Legal fee it's £1000 + VAT. That's a £240 difference in price, which is very disappointing.
