Alice at Sills & Betteridge listened to my issue and was sympathetic and empathetic with regards to the situation I found myself in. She laid out all the facts in a structured manner which was clear and easy to understand. I had a number of options open to me which Alice said she would be happy to represent me on which ever option I decided was best for me. I was not pressured to make any decisions spontaneously and didn’t feel out of control at any stage of the process. Alice is a credit to her profession and I can’t recommend her and S&B enough. 10/10.

I would just like to say a massive thank you during the process of selling and buying , more selling to be exact.
You have been excellent with communication, with emails sent over to you/ responding and the few calls that were made to yourself. You were there all of the time with your quick reply's when we needed you . You made a stressful selling process that little bit easier at times without wondering what next .
I know the process isn't over yet but we are nearing the end and you have been superb . You are credit to Sills&Betteridge and Amy is very lucky to have you working underneath her .
