The process of sorting out my mother’s estate was a lengthy one. to I accept this as it isn’t something I deal with on a regular basis.
My mother had always dealt with Risdons but I feel she would have been very upset to know that some time after her funeral I received a request for payment from the undertaker!
Only days prior to this I had been into Risdons office to sign some paperwork and was if the understanding that this had been paid.
Once the office were made aware of the oversight, they dealt with it promptly. However, I felt let down at this point and my confidence in Risdons has not been restored.
