We only dealt with the receptionist(s) and our Solicitor Lindsey Challinor (who has now moved away), but even staff who were passing by whilst we waited for our appointment made sure we were being looked after.

I found the whole procedure was dealt with very professionally. Wills are very complicated documents to complete, trying to ensure all our wishes for family are taken into account. I had a lot of queries dealt with and answered. Same with LPAs. To understand legal jargon is quite hard.

From the start, our situation was treated with sympathy and understanding. The appoint solicitor, Bart Obszynski, explained the procedures and requirements for dealing with my request! Every assistance was given and the matter dealt with in a kind and efficient manner. A great deal of help was given to negotiate the huge task of settling the Will and estate involved. We, as a family, are grateful for Bart's meticulous work.

We chose Risdon because our developers recommended Kieron. He was very efficient and professional . I however wished he had explained things more to us since we were first time buyers and didn’t really know much. Maybe if my partner and I had asked more questions, we would have understood the process better. Anyway, the transaction went smoothly and we had no problems.
