We’ve not bought a property since 2019, and how things have changed.
I always liked the face to face contact I had with Michael and I have to admit I’m not a huge fan of the digital world.
That said the processes were easy to use and very quick even if they did fail once or twice and have to be redone, but still very fast.
I’ve never met Emma face to face, and the conversation I have had with her has been brief, but productive, and tbf the work itself has been a simple transaction and nothing really worthy of long discussions.
All in all we’re happy with the experience. We would and are using your services again with another property Emma is dealing with. Maybe over time and business the relationship will start to feel more personal, as it used to do with Michael Johnson.
