Communication is dire, emails and documents are sent with missing information. Unexplained charges added to the bill. Had to chase at every stage of the transaction.

Communication skills of this company could be much better and if so would have saved a lot of anxiety and upset.
In my opinion took far too long for conveyancing on 2 properties in the chain.
Sadly would not used again or recommend.

We chose to sell our house and buy a new property with WB after we had a great experience when we bought our first house 5 years ago. Unfortunately the experience was very different. We had poor communication throughout. We constantly had to chase them and were often given unsatisfactory information when we did get through. I would not recommend them.

Had the misfortune of thinking because they are local they would be honourable and trustworthy . Dealing with a deceased estate and they cannot provide financial statements and hand over the balance of the money . Excuse after excuse. Avoid at all costs. Worse than payday loan guys !
