I have recently renewed my Will and it was suggested by a friend that I approach Enoch Evans. I am very pleased that I did. I was extremely ably assisted by Emily Dickinson. This lady explained things very clearly indeed and patiently answered my questions. I cannot praise her or the service I got highly enough.

I approached Enoch Evans after a long search to find some legal advice. I had tried (and given up) almost a year previously as nobody would agree to advise me on the subject as they deemed it too complicated or a "grey area". I gave it one last try and Kohi Michaili didn't hesitate to help me. I felt like such a weight was lifted immediately just to know somebody would listen and seemed to understand. From the first call she was friendly, understanding and reassuring. I was worried about instructing a solicitor. It felt like a very daunting step and I had been made to feel that I wasn't allowed to stand up for myself by the other parties involved. After a short time on the phone with Kohi and the weeks that followed, she showed me that I was allowed to stand up for myself and I wasn't doing anything wrong. She gave me clear instructions and most importantly, for me, she was honest and gave me clear expectations, explained what might happen and what my options were moving forward. In the first instance we didn't quite get the outcome we had hoped for but I by no means feel that we haven't achieved something. Thanks to Kohi, this matter has been escalated, she has offered me guidance going forward and I know that should I need further advice, she will be there.
Everybody I spoke with or met at Enoch Evans were friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend him, very helpful, professional, took care of absolutely everything within his remit and only flagged the things to me that I had to action. The whole process was very quick too, and he helped to take a lot of the stress out of moving!
