Darcy was a pleasure to work with... she handled what turned out to be two sale processes (one collapsed) with positivity, efficiency and professionalism. Her responses were always clear and very swift.

Would recommend

We used Sweeney Miller in the sale and purchase of a new home. The prompt communication with ourselves, estate agents and other solicitors was exemplary. We often called for update due to a tight deadline with the purchase and we were always able to speak directly to either our solicitor or trainee solicitor who were always courteous and helpful. When there were any updates that we hadn’t discussed over the phone, Katharine would email to ensure we were kept up to date. Any action required by them was pre-empted and completed promptly and without delay. Would thoroughly recommend!

Leasehold property purchase

Really professional and understanding from start to finish. Despite several delays from the seller’s side, Emma Harm was absolutely lovely — always patient, clear, and kept me informed every step of the way. I always felt reassured that things were in good hands. The team made a stressful process much easier, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone buying their first home!

Good, honest firm. It was my first experience with a solicitors. I had heard horror stories about it, and even the ones that weren't negative were expressing a lot of stress, but my experience using Sweeney Miller was totally stress-free. It was a pleasure to deal with Sweeney Miller.
