In good hands

Selling a property is very stressful, especially nowadays when a lot of information has to be provided on-line. Sweeney Miller were very patient with me when it came to using the conveyancing portal and the service from Zeeshan and Anthony was just what I needed.

First-Class Service from Sweeney Miller Solicitors

I recently used Sweeney Miller Solicitors to gain possession of a property, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Charlie Lynn and Kira Halliday, managed the case with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency from start to finish.

His expertise in possession proceedings was evident throughout, and he kept me informed every step of the way. The process was handled swiftly and effectively, giving me complete peace of mind during what could have been a stressful time.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sweeney Miller to any landlord or investor seeking knowledgeable and dependable legal support. Outstanding service all round.

My purchase went well. Communication was fast and reliable. When my conveyancer was unavailable a trainee was on hand to assist so I was never left waiting for help if I needed it. I do feel that a bit more guidance could have be given on what stage I was at and what would happen next. I think this would have made the process a little smoother. The people answering the phones could be a little more personable. I would use them again.

I have recently just purchased my first home and used Sweeney Miller Law. From the very start Stephanie Rutherford was extremely professional and helpful, I worried that I wouldn't understand some of the legal terms but she explained everything to me. Another thing which I was so grateful for was her patience as I had a couple of bumps in the road with my house purchase. The whole process of buying my home went very smoothly and I think that was definitely down to having a great solicitor. Lucy and Reyhan were part of the process too and were just as helpful and professional. I would 100% recommend them all.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Reyhan at Sweeney Miller Law for her exceptional support and dedication throughout the process of purchasing my first property. Her consistent communication and step-by-step guidance made a potentially overwhelming experience much more manageable. I truly appreciated her professionalism and commitment every step of the way.
Many thanks once again.
