Having had to deal with the recent passing of my father and then the complexities of probate, I found them incredibly understanding, fast and efficient.
I would highly recommend them.

Exceptional, thorough and extremely efficient

Jas Sandhu acted for me for the purchase of my house, and from the outset, she was incredibly thorough and diligent. She left nothing to chance, ensuring I was fully protected from any potential future issues - such as unresolved planning permissions and legal considerations.

Despite working to an extremely tight deadline and dealing with several unforeseen complications, Jas went above and beyond to get everything completed properly and on time. Her commitment, attention to detail, and persistence gave me real peace of mind.

I would highly recommend Jas to anyone wanting their house purchase handled with the utmost care and professionalism. She makes sure every check is done properly - so nothing comes back to bite you later.

We were very pleased with Jasvir and the way she looked after us throughout the selling and buying processes. It was three months to the day with Christmas and New Year in the middle so it went through very smoothly without any hiccoughs. Very happy to recommend.

About this branch

Description

From our offices in Tewkesbury, Pershore and Stratford-upon-Avon we are less than an hour from Bristol, Hereford, Birmingham and Oxford. The cities of Coventry, Worcester and Gloucester are within a convenient 30 minutes travelling and we serve many clients from Malvern across Worcestershire, Evesham, Royal Leamington Spa, through Warwickshire, Broadway, the Cotswolds, Cirencester and throughout Gloucestershire including Bishops Cleeve and Ledbury. For the individual we are able to help with legal issues surrounding the buying and selling of your home, the preparation of Wills (including inheritance tax planning), and powers of attorney. We also advise on the creation and management of trusts and can offer an understanding and efficient service upon the loss of a loved one by helping with the administration of their estate. We assist with family law problems and divorce with the same careful consideration. We always seek to be firm and fair when promoting your wishes and will be frank with you as to the risks and possibilities that you may face. For the business client we can help you deal with legal matters such as buying and selling a business, employment law, commercial property and disputes. Partnerships and Companies that are owned and run by industrious people will seek us out because we are not a faceless and nameless call centre delivering robotic advice, but we have local, trusted and dedicated people who identify themselves and are accountable for the advice and service that we provide. In short, as a client of Thomson & Bancks, ‘You Matter to Us’.
