Louise, as were all the staff, was very friendly, smiley and very efficient. It's not a nice process to think about your will but Louise made me feel at ease.

Although I had worked as a secretary at a solicitors office for a number of years I had never had the role of executrix of a will.
It therefore came as rather a shock when I took on the role for my sister-in-law's estate as to how much had changed.
The staff at George Green were very helpful and therefore made my task that much easier.

Paul Kettle dealt with the conveyancing on our late parents property. We were kept well informed from start to finish and never failed to respond to any queries. Even whenthings looked as though they were going to be delayed, Paul kept things on track. Highly recommend.

From start to finish paul handled everything with compleat professionalism, although the sale fell through early on in the process Paul was the contant voice of reason.
And keeping us in the loop between solicitors was great to see so we knew what everyone else knew.
There was very little stress in the whole prosses thanks to Paul and the team.
I couldn't recommend them enough.

Paul Kettle was our solicitor when we had to sell our late parent's house. We were kept fully informed throughout and were very impressed by his professionalism. I've used George Green on two occasions now once to do power of attorney for my mom and the second to sell my mom's house as the power of attorney to pay for her care as she is now in a home with dementia I would highly recommend them as both Liz and Helen were both extremely professional and very helpful so I would definitely use them again

I highly recommend George Green. My Solicitor, Helen, is the best solicitor I have ever had. She kept me informed, always answered my queries promptly, plus is very knowledgeable. The conveyancing all went through quickly and I really felt like the whole thing was in a very safe pair of hands. Also, all the staff I spoke with at GG were courteous and helpful. All in all, a very positive experience.

I regret choosing George Green LLP to handle my case. Despite the positive reviews I read, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Communication has been a major issue, with Gabriela Goldberg, who was assigned to my case, failing to provide regular updates. I often had to chase her after being contacted by the seller, my sister, and my partner due to her lack of responsiveness. When I did manage to speak with her, I found her to be hostile and abrupt, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult process.
I even had to escalate the matter to her manager, Emma, who acknowledged that my experience was subpar, which only added to my frustration when they dismissed my complaint. Despite choosing George Green LLP based on a friend's recommendation and the high price, the service has been severely lacking. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend George Green LLP based on my experience.
