Sale of property

They handle a relatively simple but potentially stressful property sale extremely well, as the purchaser needed to complete before the stamp duty rate changed.

I am sure that Jonathon oversaw the process but his team handle it all.

Great service in a stressful situation

Wonderful to deal with Jon and his team at Arundel office. They all made what became a very stressful selling and buying process clear and smooth on my side. Everything was explained through so I understood fully all the legal jargon involved in house buying. I was confident that everything was in hand that needed to be and they were at the end on the phone for any queries or worries I had. His whole team were professional, approachable and and made you feel at ease. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else

Incompleted case

As I said in the last survey you sent, the case on which you are representing me has not made any progress and I have had no recent update from GWCA, so am not in a position to give you an assessment of the quality of your service. Having to do a survey again, when I explained this last time is irritating and reflects badly on your administration.

My partner and I were looking for a solicitor to help us purchase our first home. We were recomended GWCA and Louise Pitick in particular. She was incredibly helpful, responsive and efficient and we appreciate the work she put in that allowed us to purchase the flat.

Boundary Law

Needed guidance on what to do and where to go after new neighbour started harassing me over the boundary. Boundaries are very complicated and although the Internet is very helpful you do need expert and local advice. Abigail gave me the guidance and advice which took a lot of weight off my shoulders and I saw light at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you very much to Jon and Katie for all their help and support, in the sale of our property in Littlehampton and the purchase of our new home in Somerset. We were provided with updates, and didn't feel any need to chase at all. We would thoroughly recommend GWCA, and, if needed, hope to use them again in the future.
