We are made to feel welcome by all the staff who are friendly, polite and professional.

As I said in the last survey you sent, the case on which you are representing me has not made any progress and I have had no recent update from GWCA, so am not in a position to give you an assessment of the quality of your service. Having to do a survey again, when I explained this last time is irritating and reflects badly on your administration.

Sharon, Jacqui and Debbie have been phenomenal in assisting us with our property purchase. We own a few properties and have gone through numerous transactions with other solicitors and the service received was slow and had very poor communication. I was starting to believe all solicitors were the same and had given up hope.

We were recommended GWCA from the estate agent and I have to say, I could not be happier with how everything went.

We had a bit of a time restriction for the transaction to be completed. This was not an issue for them at all. Always got paperwork through quickly, they had fantastic communication throughout the process and overall the experience was pleasant and having good solicitors made the situation much less stressful.

I aim to buy at least 1 property per year and. I can safely say, GWCA and the only solicitors that will be getting my business going forward.

Thank you for all your help and the congratulations and welcome to your new home card was a nice touch 😊
