The brilliant conveyancing team of SaS (Sarah and Sam) were really excellent. Kept us in the picture all the time and although to us everything looked as serene as a swan we know there was some serious paddling going on underneath that was much appreciated. Sale and purchase all went as smoothly as possible on our side, just the awful apparent incompetence of the seller's solicitors causing several headaches.
