We used Ramsdens to help us buy a house on the Isle of Wight and I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received from Andrew, Laura and William.
They were on top of everything throughout the whole process. They answered any query we had the same day and nothing was too much trouble for them.
I particularly liked the ‘Portal’ they had where you could log on to your account and see how far each stage had progressed and which documents they had sent and received so you knew exactly where you were.
If you’re looking to move house, you really couldn’t go wrong with Ramsdens.

Ramsdens dealt with the sale of my Auntie's house for whom I have Power of Attorney. The process was very smooth and straightforward from start to finish. I never actually spoke to Andrew Chappell, but spoke to William on a few occasions, but mostly to Laura. I was kept up to date by email and also discussed any issues over the phone. Extremely happy with the service provided and would definitely use them again.

From start to finish the service in terms of efficiency and response times has been really excellent. By far the best conveyancing firm I have ever used in 30 years of completing property transaction. I will definitely be using this firm again. I have used local firms in the past, thinking it would be easier. However, despite dealing remotely with Joanne and her team, every step has been easy and with no stress!
