We used the services of Blacks Solicitors for Ltd company transfer of our property . The services we received from the company as well as our contacts Sharon and Debra was nothing short of spectacular . They were prompt in responding to emails and preempted every step as we had a narrow window of completion of 1 day at which point we didn’t have to pay the ERC and when the stamp duty rise was due . All documentation was sorted out effortlessly and clearly . I highly recommend Blacks and will use their services in the future for any other transaction .
