As first time buyers we chose Levi Solicitors for our process, we were specifically assigned Anneka from Team Degun. Anneka was always extremely prompt, responsive and helpful, offering guidance and telling us about the processes and what things mean, as we had no knowledge and experience of buying a house prior to this. Our initial house purchase seemed to go extremely smoothly, starting in around November and set for completion in February. Unfortunately, due to misinformation and a breakdown from the sellers, this purchase collapsed a few days before anticipated completion. We were absolutely devastated but Anneka was extremely supportive and empathetic, and it was an easy decision to stick with her for the next house we found, in March. Again, this was extremely smooth, we were never waiting on Anneka (or anybody at Levi Solicitors), but there was another breakdown towards anticipated completion within this chain with was in danger of collapsing. Anneka went above and beyond for us and she was instrumental in getting somebody to break the chain to allow our purchase to complete. We have just collected our keys today on July 7th and we could not be more satisfied than the service and help we received from Anneka, and the rest of the team at Levi.
