Used Star Legal to sell my parents house. Had lots of difficulties with buyers. First buyer could not proceed in end. Second buyer was very disorganised and disrespectful. Hannah and her team dealt with these issues professionally and effectively. Put pressure on second buyer to get his act together. Were professional and patient throughout.

Star Legal Clevedon managed to conveyancing legal services in a measured and highly professional manner. As the property purchase developed, challenges were overcome accurately and efficiently.

Big thanks to Hannah, Sam & team in the Clevedon office who helped us smoothly (although not without it’s share of hiccups along the way!) sell our flat and purchase our new house over the last few months. I can’t recommend star legal Tiverton enough! Richard and Helle were amazing to deal with throughout the process of our new house purchase. This was not a normal house purchase with lots of time on our hands, this was an auction purchase with an extremely tight turn around time (with non negotiable completion date) at a very busy period for the property market (June 2021).
Richard and Helle kept us updated throughout and took away the stresses, going above and beyond to ensure we completed on time to meet our auction terms. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, he was able to keep our confidence throughout the process, despite some hurdles along the way out of his control! We are very happy we used Star Legal Tiverton and wouldn’t want to use anywhere else in the future.
