Issues regaining rental home re-possession

Kevin assisted us during a very complicated situation after our tenant passed away. Following her death, her son moved into the property and brought in other people without our consent, which made the process of regaining possession much more difficult.

Throughout this challenging time, Kevin was professional and knowledgeable, keeping us informed as the situation developed. We particularly appreciated how collaborative he was—he listened carefully to our concerns, involved us in decisions, and made sure we understood our options.

With Kevin’s help, we were able to navigate the legal complexities and eventually regain possession of our house. His practical approach and responsiveness were invaluable during a stressful period. We would consider using his services again if needed.

Both Lucy & Lauren, as well as Sharon have consistently been excellent in their engagements with me.

This company was recommended to me by the co op in regards to a contentious probate dispute against executors of my late fathers estate.
Amelia Edwards and Victoria Wall took up my case and acting with complete professionalism managed to secure the money rightfully mine.

mfg has been excellent throughout the process of selling my house. Their thorough searches enabled me to withdraw from a house purchase early in the process. Communication has been clear and detailed. Each time I have been to their office the staff have been polite and helpful.
