The whole team 'held our hands' throughout the purchase. We had a lot of questions, we had a lot of information to share, and they were so considerate throughout. They would always reply to emails and calls. As 'newbies to new builds' they were outstanding solicitors in their support. Would highly recommend and I'd definitely use them again. Their fair pricing was also reflective of their excellent workmanship.

We used Herrington Carmichael to sell our old house and buy our new house. The service provided was friendly and professional throughout the process. We were kept informed and any queries were answered very quickly.
I also used Herrington Carmichael to write my will, set up a declaration of trust and my powers of attorney. This services was also excellent. The ladies were very professional and friendly, and kept me informed of every stage of the process.

This firm came highly recommended by several estate agents who had previously used their services, and I was not disappointed. The service provided was exceptional from the initial contact to the final day. Communication during the sale process was excellent with emails answered promptly. Caroline and Kimberley are valuable assets to this firm and it was a pleasure having them dealing with my house purchase.

I have recently completed on my first property and used Ellena as my conveyancer. She was absolutely amazing and made the whole process as easy as it could be for me. I had my Lease Extension from a Housing Association completed with Herrington Carmichael LLP acting as my Solicitors.
I promised Samantha Laker my Solicitor a review when I received my final updated copies of the Land Registry documents. Sadly due to Land Registry taking over 1 year 6 months to process my papers, Samantha Laker has now left the firm. However, I happily leave the following 5 Star review for her and Herrington Carmichael as Solicitors:
I am diagnosed with ASD/Autism and ADHD. I was treated from the beginning with respect and support and understanding by both Samantha Laker and her colleagues at Herrington Carmichael LLP.
Samantha Lakers work was excellent: efficient and accurate throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending her work as a Lease Extension Solicitor.
Samantha Lakers work was a credit to Herrington Carmichael LLP and it was a pleasure to sign my new 990 year Lease with her at the offices. A day I will never forget.
