My experience of dealing with Catherine Burgess and the team at Bowcock Cuerden was nothing short of utter brilliance. From the initial consultation to the closure of the case they provided clear, concise and reassuring correspondence. This was my first time engaging this firm and my only regret is not using them earlier for previous legal work. I have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again in the future.

Carina dealt with a boundary issue we were having with our neighbours. I can't recommend Carina enough. As you can imagine this was an extremely anxious and overwhelming situation but as soon as Carina became involved the stress was instantly reduced. Her communication is extremely calming and reassuring as she presents facts and a clear plan of action. Although she will have had numerous clients to deal with she never left me feeling like I had to chase her and responded promptly. She was always there to put me at ease and we felt like we were in good hands. Carina established what outcome we were hoping for and came up with some solutions to best achieve this without costing us excessive fees or undue stress. Her legal knowledge was exceptional and we were kept in the loop continually!

We had a complex conveyance on a penthouse apartment where some of the access issues were not clear. In addition the seller was being slow to respond and at times it was quite tense. Susannah at BCW held our hand throughout and keep constantly in touch via email until it was all sorted. I cannot say how stress relieving this was to know someone knew what they were doing and was immediately contactable when we had doubts. Great service and good value considering the difficulties involved. Thanks
