I found the entire team friendly, approachable and professional.

After the injuries I suffered, due to a car hitting me in 2024, I spent 9 nights in the trauma ward, where I was advised I would be applicable for support.

Never going through something like this, I was completely in the dark about what I was entitled to in terms of post hospital and future financial support.

Mark, Debbie, Lorna and Rohan were my points of contact for respective roles and at each touch point I found their support and calmness incredibly beneficial.

Mark Copley has a very calm and knowledgable approach and this was expressed several times during the claim, which I cannot thank him enough for!

I was "recommended" these by my insurance company (little did I know they'd receive a referral fee, convenient!) Almost 6 years ago, I've had several case handers, dozens of ignored emails and even more ignored calls and voicemails. If anything, they have hindered my case and prolonged my ongoing chronic pain from a simple non fault accident. Their website only seems to show positive reviews, but don't be fooled. When I asked to leave, their compliance officer said he would ask his "friend at the rugby club" if he would take on the case, this never materialised and said person has now "left" HCC

I used this company as they were referred via my insurance company. Communication was a little slow in the beginning but it was just as the Covid pandemic was starting so I think lots of companies were overwhelmed. Most of the treatments were arranged through them and so I didn’t need to pay until the settlement.”
Although it has taken nearly 6 years to conclude once I was in touch with Estelle Gallagher speaking to them because easier and communication became more frequent. She was always there to help with any of my questions and kept me updated on the claim.

HCC agreed to take on my case following it being dropped by my previous solicitors. As the previous solicitors felt I wouldn't win my case. HCC did not believe that to be the right decision and helped me to push forward with my case.

They were friendly, very approachable, professional, demonstrated great empathy and supported both my wife and I through every step of the process. Especially when some of the information that had to be relayed by them to us was very difficult to hear.

They took time to explain, in layman's terms, why certain information was required and gave timescales to help manage expectations, which in turn helped to reduce stress and worry, during what was already very stressful and worrying times, due to my diagnosis.

I'm so thankful for the efforts of Mike Molloy and Firdous Patel in helping us win our case and come to a satisfactory settlement with the defendant.

The initial solicitor was slow and unhelpful and was poor at keeping me updated regarding my case. However, Estelle and Philippa took over my case. Estelle was particularly helpful and reassuring. Regularly updated me and advocated for me.
