The initial solicitor was slow and unhelpful and was poor at keeping me updated regarding my case. However, Estelle and Philippa took over my case. Estelle was particularly helpful and reassuring. Regularly updated me and advocated for me.

Estelle surprised me as I’ve worked with all types of solicitors over the years and I found she has been the most professional and efficient. She targets any faults or issues quite quickly and responds on time that helped the process a lot, put me at ease that I didn’t have to keep requesting things or asking for advice, I was kept fully aware at all times, she is truly the best solicitor who knows her work and works with passion you couldn’t want or ask for more than that especially after having an accident..some of us experience trauma and other issues ie prolonged injuries etc and I appreciate Estelle truly taking quick action on sending me to all of my assessments and advising to receive the care I needed at the time she is the best it has changed my whole prospective on injury lawyers and solicitors on a whole. You’re lucky to have Estelle working with your firm and she should be treated as a top rated solicitor as she treats all her clients like they are top rated clients I loved my experience which I can’t believe I’m saying considering the circumstances lol but thank you Estelle you deserve a raise and like I said in the email that I am so pleased with Estelle’s work and the firm she works for that I am willing to donate to the firms choice of charity also please thank you all and keep being YOU Estelle. I just want to say a massive thank you to the amazing people who have assisted me during the past year or so. Nicole McCrann especially, she has been such an amazing help and always reassured me and answered any questions whether they were silly or needed more detail. I suffer with mental health issues and to have people in my corner who was able to adapt to my needs and my sons needs has been fantastic and you guys have made this process so much easier for me. Estelle supported us for over 18 months during our ongoing case. She was always on the ball, gave us regular updates, sorted out medical appointments that we never had to wait long for at all. We were referred to Horwich Cohen Coghlan Ltd after our son was unfortunately involved in a road traffic accident, as expected these kind of incidents can take a long time to reach an end point but from the first introduction to the great team of legal experts up until the conclusion we were kept informed and updated throughout, we found each member of the team involved (special mentions to Nicole McCrann, Emma Neild and Lisa Anwyl !!!) to be friendly, approachable and professional and every aspect of the case was dealt with promptly and efficiently to give the best possible outcomes for success, we would not hesitate to recommend Horwich Cohen Coghlan Ltd to friends and family in the future !!
