Would recommend 100%

After a devastating accident , that wasn't my fault , in February 2022 . It was suggested that I make a personal injury claim , and I was very fortunate that the company recommended was Horwich Cohen Coglan Ltd Solicitors.
Whilst it was an extremely long process , Amber and the Team were with me every step of the way , their support was amazing through what was a difficult time, with a very successful outcome .

Incredible Support from Amber and Daisy – Truly Grateful

I want to give a big thank you to Amber and Daisy at HCC Solicitors for their outstanding support with my personal injury claim.

Amber carefully took the time to understand my case, which was quite a mess in the beginning due to confusion with insurers and previous solicitors. She was calm, focused, and got straight to the point — which really impressed me. She handled everything with such care and professionalism, and I’m genuinely very pleased with the work she’s done for me.

Would definitely NOT recommend, appalling company. Stress causers!

I was "recommended" these by my insurance company (little did I know they'd receive a referral fee, convenient!) Almost 6 years ago, I've had several case handers, dozens of ignored emails and even more ignored calls and voicemails. If anything, they have hindered my case and prolonged my ongoing chronic pain from a simple non fault accident. Their website only seems to show positive reviews, but don't be fooled. When I asked to leave, their compliance officer said he would ask his "friend at the rugby club" if he would take on the case, this never materialised and said person has now "left" HCC

I used this company as they were referred via my insurance company. Communication was a little slow in the beginning but it was just as the Covid pandemic was starting so I think lots of companies were overwhelmed. Most of the treatments were arranged through them and so I didn’t need to pay until the settlement.”
Although it has taken nearly 6 years to conclude once I was in touch with Estelle Gallagher speaking to them because easier and communication became more frequent. She was always there to help with any of my questions and kept me updated on the claim.

Medical negligence claim relating to brain tumour diagnosis.

HCC agreed to take on my case following it being dropped by my previous solicitors. As the previous solicitors felt I wouldn't win my case. HCC did not believe that to be the right decision and helped me to push forward with my case.

They were friendly, very approachable, professional, demonstrated great empathy and supported both my wife and I through every step of the process. Especially when some of the information that had to be relayed by them to us was very difficult to hear.

They took time to explain, in layman's terms, why certain information was required and gave timescales to help manage expectations, which in turn helped to reduce stress and worry, during what was already very stressful and worrying times, due to my diagnosis.

I'm so thankful for the efforts of Mike Molloy and Firdous Patel in helping us win our case and come to a satisfactory settlement with the defendant.

HCC have made a massive difference to how our future looks and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done for us during our journey through the medical negligence claim process.
