I approached Steve after using another Solicitor who I was very unhappy with. When I initially contacted him and shared my details, he told me I needed to get my divorce finalised so that I could get on with the rest of my life.
I have to say, he was always really well prepared, knowledgeable, and clear in his advise. He always did what he said he would do and treated me with respect during a very difficult time in my life.
My divorce is now finalised and I am extremely happy with the work that he did on my behalf and the way that he did it.

Karen Arscott was fantastic, she helped my step-mum through a very tough sale following my fathers untimely passing at the beginning of the year, her help, advise and contact throughout the sale was amazing, Karen is without doubt one of the best, I would highly recommend her services.

If I could give no stars I would. The most incompetent solicitors I have ever used and I have used a few. We instructed them back in March and have done nothing but chase them since when it should have taken a matter of weeks to complete.

It took Chris 6 weeks to send a confirmation email and the only reason it was sent was because we rung weekly until it was. We have caught him out lying on more than one occasion and to top it off he still hasn’t completed what we have asked of him. I’m pretty certain solicitors shouldn’t be deceitful however in this occasion it seems to be standard procedure.

To make matters worse we are at the end of completing on our house purchase and he decides to take a weeks holiday leaving a young member of staff who hasn’t a clue what she is doing left to deal with our case. They sent out blank documents for us to sign and she hasn’t been able to follow simple instruction. I absolutely would never use this company again, their service is appalling and so is their customer care.
