I first met Beverley Gent in 2017 when she helped and advised me with Family Law / Occupation Order issue which she swiftly resolved to my great satisfaction.
In 2020, when the relationship breakdown issue had become a matter of 'child contact' I had no hesitation in reverting to Beverley once again. Sadly the matter was made to be very long and protracted with the other party seemingly pulling out all stops to frustrate and prevent contact, causing us to be in court for just over 5 years.
Throughout this time Beverley was my 'constant' professional negotiating and navigating a path forward in a most diligent and resilient manner, and always the consummate professional constantly demonstrating her knowledge and understanding of the complexities of the case, mixed with her ability communicate in the most caring of manners.
Having had Beverley at my side for over 8 years now, apart from being my highly trusted and regarded legal representative I feel that I can now also consider Beverley as a friend.
I should also say how professional, efficient and helpful Beverley's assistant Alison has been, and I've found it reassuring knowing that I had the support of them as a team.
