Cycle Accident Injury Claim

I contacted Farleys to represent me after being hit by a car whilst out cycling. The incident left me needing 2 separate shoulder surgeries and I was unable to resume cycling for 6-months.
Jo Smith was the personal injury specialist assigned to my case and she skilfully guided me through the whole process, arranging an independent consultation for my injuries as well as securing an interim payment from the others parties insurance provider.
Jo negotiated a settlement for my injuries which exceeded my expectations. Without doubt I would recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation as myself.

Shocking data breach

Shocking Farleys breached data within a reply to a negative review. Amongst other things, a shocking firm, Gary Leaver failed to act in the clients best interest.

Paul took over my case as another solicitor didn't quite do as much in my opinion and didn't keep in touch then went on maternity leave without myself knowing.
Once Paul took over the case got moving instantly, kept in touch on a regular basis and always there on call when needed!
He couldn't of tried more and got me a massive amount of money for my workplace injury.
Anyone needing a solicitor for a workplace injury, then Paul is the man!

I contacted Farleys for a matter that I had to deal with, they were very professional and helpful in every way. The outcome of the case was satisfied by both parties and I think the outcome was fair. The solicitors acted for me in a very professional manner and kept me informed of what was happening at all times. I could always get hold of them. I would recommend Mark and Armin.

A client

I recently used Farleys for support with an employment law matter and was genuinely impressed with the service I received.

A big thank you to Victoria Mitchell, who was incredibly professional, patient, and supportive throughout. She kept everything clear and straightforward, and her perseverance helped achieve a fair and sensible outcome. I always felt like I was in safe hands.

I’m also grateful to Bob Worsley and Danielle Hartley - it’s clear they work together brilliantly as a team, and their behind the scenes support certainly didn’t go unnoticed.

What I really appreciated, and, if I’m honest, what pleasantly surprised me - was how human and down-to-earth they all were. No confusing legal jargon, just honest advice, calm guidance, and the occasional well-timed bit of humour when it was most needed!

If you're dealing with an employment issue and want a team with real legal expertise, a wealth of experience, and a clear, honest approach to managing expectations, I’d absolutely recommend them.

Thanks again to all involved!
