Recently Helen handled the conveyancing for the sale of our late mother's bungalow. From the beginning she was efficient and professional, whilst also being friendly and approachable. She was very helpful and supportive during the whole process, which was not without a few challenges. She kept us updated and quickly dealt with the follow ups from the buyer's solicitor. She managed to keep us calm during what was, at times, a stressful process which was much appreciated. I highly recommend engaging Helen for any conveyancing work. Thank you Helen.

Helen Davis and Her Assistant recently completed our purchase in Cullompton. Helen and Nicky were very professional, responsive and made the whole process very smooth. We have been chased by the Stamp Duty Deadline, however, Helen has made it possible to complete on time and kept us calm and confident that we can make it! I could not recommend her enough as she is very best!

What should have been a simple sale/purchase with no chain was made a protracted nightmare by the purchaser and Helen acted most professionally throughout, ensuring replies and information were provided in a timely manner.
