The sale process from start to finish has been first class. Victoria kept us informed every step of the way and was a pleasure to deal with. Both Victoria and Rachael have dealt with our sale in a professional and approachable manner. The process has taken only 7 weeks from start to exchange, which highlights their great communication skills and the efficient and proactive way they work, ensuring a positive outcome for their clients. The online app is also a great asset to the company and really easy to use. We will certainly recommend Bell, Lamb and Joynson to friends and family who are looking for any legal process. We will also be returning to you again, when we eventually sell our other rental property in the future, along with any further purchases. Once again thank you for making our journey so seamless.

Rachael and Victoria have dealt and managed our developer on our behalf extremely well which has been seriously appreciated! Popped in to the Maghull Branch to see Mr Leeman (who was very highly recommended by a very good friend) but I was most impressed with the lady on reception named Angie. She put my mind completely at ease, listened, took a proper interest in me and made me feel like there was a positive answer for all of my problems. I didn't feel like 'just another punter'. I felt understood and finally appreciated. So I'll go back there again now with any legal matters, because if the receptionist is that good (and Mr Leeman is a real winner too) then they can have all of my business.

Therer is room for improvement with the app.
Update office when message read, so as not to be asked again.
When onboarding is complete, not to be asked a week later to complete onboarding.
App has facility for uploading documents and sending message, this reported no internet connection after adding a document, However removing document messages worked.
Overall service and experience was very good.
