Upon meeting Graham Twist my solicitor I was impressed with his knowledge and the time he took to listen to my concerns. He was very approachable and understanding. The issues around pensions which can be complex was explained at length allowing an informed decision to be made. I felt that the potential outcome (s) were well covered in a way for the lay person to understand. Communication was clear and concise. Graham was a pleasure to deal with. Amy was from the start really efficient, friendly and helpful. No question was too silly which was great to help my sister and I navigate the legal side of selling our mums cottage through an auction.
