Making our wills

After the decision to make a will- thank goodness we went to Howells & saw Melodie. She was so lovely, efficient, professional and very mindful while dealing with a very personal delicate subject. Very happy with the easy way the wills were done & I will highly recommend this firm and the way Melodie put us at ease and answered lots of questions putting us at ease. My solicitor assisted me and supported me legally and emotionally,by this I mean she listened to me and gave me correct legal advice,she never ignored anything I said .She really did everything by book was composed and held it together.I got a favourable outcome due to the hard work she had put in she worked tirelessly and is really committed.Your combination with Naomi Hertridge(barrister) was perfect you worked so well together and in the end did it.I would recommend you to anybody going through a divorce.I haven’t forgotten Michaela Logue who accompanied me with Richard(barrister) on the first court appointment thank you very much.I just can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for me.

After the death of my husband, 3 years ago, I wanted to check that my will & lasting power of autorney were up to date & in order.
Melodie sensitively supported me through this process in a sympathetic & friendly manner.
I was treated with respect & offered assistance (by carrying my coffee cup ) making it possible to move around the reception area with dignity.
When I was unsure of the action to take with my financial matters I was given the time & oportunity to contact Melodie & speak to her direct.

Even though my divorce was in essence, reasonably amicable, it was complex and by no means easy to understand. I was ably assisted by John Clegg whose attitude and professionalism was outstanding. He was able to guide me through complex processes and make the whole matter easy for me to understand. Without his assistance then there is no doubt that the whole process would have become difficult and elongated. I would highly recommend him.

Tried to see someone on short notice but was only told an appointment for a week's time was available. My situation was resolved by this time so I cancelled. The receptionist is very kind and helpful and has a friendly and very attractive face for greeting people upon arrival.
