We were delighted with the service we received from our solicitor, Rachael Kaluza of Michael J Wey. We were first time buyers and Rachael took us through the process step by step, clearly and transparently. She is thorough, and really approachable and friendly and happy to answer even the most basic questions! We could contact her at any time, and that was particularly reassuring as the process for us was not quick. It was not for the wont of trying though, and Rachael did everything to try and move the process forward as quickly as possible. We would certainly recommend her to prospective buyers.

My brother and I engaged Rachael at Michael J Wey & Co based on my brother's previous experience during his house sale and purchase of a new property. This time we were selling our mother's house and wanted to choose a solicitor who was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Rachael was the perfect choice, especially being close to hand for my brother and mother. Her knowledge and advice were excellent and she ensured that we were clear about the selling process, making herself available to take calls and deal with any of our queries and concerns. Rachael was a pleasure to deal with and brought the house sale to a successful conclusion, in spite of several minor problems which delayed the sale from progressing as quickly as we'd expected. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend Rachael and we would certainly use her again for any further legal matters.
