Helen Davis and Her Assistant recently completed our purchase in Cullompton. Helen and Nicky were very professional, responsive and made the whole process very smooth. We have been chased by the Stamp Duty Deadline, however, Helen has made it possible to complete on time and kept us calm and confident that we can make it! I could not recommend her enough as she is very best!

I cannot recommend Helen Davis enough, she was absolutely fantastic. Quick to respond, communicative and supportive. We had a really tough process with our sale and purchase but Helen worked very hard to get things over the line for us. She kept us regularly updated and I felt complete trust in Helens hands.

Helen Davis at Spencer West LLP acted for us during a sale of a property in Tiverton, Devon. What should have been a simple sale/purchase with no chain was made a protracted nightmare by the purchaser and Helen acted most professionally throughout, ensuring replies and information were provided in a timely manner. I have just used the services of Helen Davis and her Admin Assistant Nicky Johns in the sale of my property in a small village in Devon. The service was extremely timely and efficient, and Helen kept me informed of progress at all stages. This was a very stressful time as I was managing the whole project for my brother, who has learning difficulties, however, Helen and Nicky made the whole experience run very smoothly. I was recommended this firm through a friend, in particular Helen. Helen was kind, supportive and helpful in our first purchase of a property. Nothing was too silly to ask or any trouble. Helen was super efficient and was definitely the best choice for the job. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone who is moving.
