Jessica was of assistance to me in recovering monies following an incident whereby my vehicle was damaged whilst in a garage for works and despite my constant chasing I could not get the matter resolved.
Jessica resolved the whole issue recovered and paid in full within a month at a very reasonable cost.
I would highly recommend Jessica.

Divorce settlement compliance failure

Bevirs were instructed to respond to correspondence from a solicitor acting for my ex-wife which was suggesting that the terms of a divorce settlement, which had not been implemented some 17 years ago, should be set aside and that I relinquish any interest in a property in favour of my ex-wife.
Michelle replied to the solicitor's letter and advised me that she did not expect a reply. Nothing further has been heard on the matter and the challenge to the divorce settlement initiated by my ex-wife has been withdrawn.

I needed a family solicitor to get custody of my daughter. The thought of paying out redicolous amounts of money was daunting to say the least.
I contacted a few firms and Bevirs came across as the most clear cut regarding costs.
I then met with Heather Reilly and left the meeting confident in the fact that she would get the job done. I wasn’t wrong.
Heather took control of everything for me dealing with all the different parties. She got them all to do what was required for a positive outcome for me and my family.
By the end of the process I had everything I wanted and the bill was the lowest one quoted.
If you need a family solicitor and your here checking them out you need Heather in your corner. I can’t praise her enough.
Thank you for your amazing work Heather, it’s been a pleasure.

I used Bevirs for my divorce, and the service I received was absolutely outstanding. Stuart worked hard and made sure my kids and me are secured. He is a very experienced solicitor. He always gave me good advice, and was always available when I needed to speak to him. He is friendly, which makes it easier in such a difficult time.
