Sarah and her assistant were excellent. Pricing, appointments and even a missed one was dealt with professionally and courteously. I needed a Will writing quickly and professionally. The finished product was so much better than the cheap and cheerful Wills you see advertised. I should know, I had one.
A particular strength was Sarah’s ability to make what seemed initially complex, very simple and straightforward with excellent communication skills. I was impressed.

Sarah dealt with the inheritance tax and probate for my Aunt's will. She was extremely professional and approachable. She kept us updated at all times and responded quickly to all our communications. The estate paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. We cannot thank her enough for her efficiency and friendly approach when dealing with these issues for us . All staff that we dealt with at reception , were helpful , efficient and friendly.

Work completed on estates of lost relatives.

Overall the the was conducted in a professional manner. Updates and progress was well maintained. I do fell however that the Uk Government demanding payment on taxes within their time scales was totally unfair especially when funds had not been realised by the beneficiaries. I really question the efficiencies of the departments responsible in carrying out their work knowing that employees are privileged working at home and many on a 4 day week.
