Gemma was brilliant from start to finish.
She's sufficiently patient, understanding and empathetic... but also has the no-nonsense and straight talking approach that I really needed. In terms of giving advice and support, she was very clear and helped me to formulate a plan to move forward that I'd never have been able to identify myself.
I'm hoping things in my case can settle out of Court, but if not, Ill be very reassured to have Gemma in my corner!

The person dealing with it would wait a few days after receiving an email then send out a automated reply saying not in the office I will get back to you then that would be another week before replying, I was asked numerous times for things I had already sent, I found the whole experience frustrating and it took forever I had to get my mortgage advisor to chase it up, he was fantastic and if it wasn’t for him I don’t think it would of been completed yet

Very very upset with emg solicitors. Used them to help with a problem. Bleed my son dry with bills that were unexpected overpriced and never explained.Hidden minimum phone call times 6 min increments charging him for calls from the person we were in dispute with and seemly chatting to them for longer than any of his calls to them .Charging for e mails and separate charge for attachments to said e mail. BEWARE of the hidden costs and poor advice
