selling property with a conveyance solicitor

I found the experience of selling a property very stressful as I had not done this before but I found Barbara Stewart and her team made the process very easy for me ,as they were always very helpful with any questions I had or anything i did not understand and always kept me informed by email as to the progress of the sale . They also explained legal terms I did not understand in great detail.

Samantha Newton and the team were second to none. There was a boundary issue and the chain all needed to move before stamp duty went up, even during this challenging time they managed to get it across the line.

Samantha did a brilliant job and we would highly recommend her. She did a lot of work, having had 4 buyers, and although it became tiresome at times, she never gave up. She was always available to talk to and was always cheerful, along with her team. Well done.

Having had a past bad experience with solicitors and conveyancing I was worried this would be the same. How wrong I was. Kirsty Martin From Martin Tolhurst introduced herself at the beginning of the sale of my parents home and kept in touch throughout the at times emotional and long winded process. She communicated everything so clearly. Totally professional throughout the process and dealt with ALL queries promptly. She definitely made this experience better and easier for myself. As first time buyers we had no idea of the process to our house.
Samantha and her team have made the entire process seamless and worry free.
You hear horror stories about solicitors not contacting buyers for months or weeks on end but this was definitely not the case in our experience.
We heard from Samantha and her team at least one a week sometimes more. The peace of mind this gave us was absolutely invaluable.
I cannot sing their praises enough thank you so much for doing such And incredible job of helping us buy our first time it has been relatively stressed and worry free and we are so grateful for this experience

An amazing experience due to Samantha's hard work

I couldn't recommend Samantha more. Our chain was incredibly stressful and things naturally went wrong at times but Samantha kept us updated at every stage, chased our buyer and seller before we'd even asked, and genuinely had an interest in ensuring we exchanged in time. I couldn't fault a single thing Samantha did for us and I would recommend her to absolutely everyone.

Whenever you speak about housing solicitors it's not often there's a glowing review but I can honestly say this has been the best experience. There were multiple issues across our 4 person chain and Samantha dealt with everything promptly and professionally. I knew if I ever chased her that she had already chased the query ten times herself. Having someone we could trust handle our sale genuinely made an incredibly stressful situation a lot easier.
