My partner and I purchased our first home in October 2024 and the whole experience from start to finish was as smooth and stress free as possible due to Deanna’s care and expertise.
I often hear people complaining that they can not get a response from other solicitors however, Glover Priest answered all questions swiftly and handled any small problems within a short period which ensured we moved into our home exactly when we wanted.

What can I say...

The experience I have had with Elizabeth and her team (Nadine and Amanda) at Glover Priest has been second to none! We tasked them with the impossible of helping us complete prior to the stamp duty deadline and gave them 7 short weeks to achieve the unthinkable. Not only did they help us achieve this, but they did it in such a manner I have NEVER experienced with solicitors. As an ex-estate agent of 15 years, I have had my fair dealings with conveyancers and legal firms but these ladies have been fantastic from start to finish. Kept totally in the loop from start to finish, things were done when they said they were going to be done and properly. No corners cut and thorough despite the pressing time frame. I have already passed out their details amongst my agency contacts and will continue to do so. They are by no means the cheapest firm on the market (although they are competitive) but the adage 'you get what you pay for' certainly rings true here!

Conveyancing solicitors (Carol and Jayne) were of the highest quality. Always VERY quick to reply to emails. Able to provide clear instructions and explanations for any questions I had as a first time buyer. I wish there were more than 5 stars. I cannot thank Carol and Jayne enough for all their hardwork and patience dealing with my case. It was a long drawn out process due to outside factors. They kept me updated throughout and I always felt that they were doing the absolute best for me. They were quick to respond to emails and whenever we had to talk on the phone they were both always very polite and chatty.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
