The service from Paige, Nadine & Stephen has been absolutely exceptional.

They are both responsive and attentive to all questions/queries you may have. I’ve never had to chase this firm once for an update, they have always been ahead of the game emailing me first to tell me the latest, I have never felt in the dark or left wondering what’s happening.

From nowhere.

Glover priest were are conveyancing Solicitors our completion/vacation was 30th June 12.00/12.30. Our Solicitor for the last 14 month had left for maternity leave his associate was absent taking exams & the legal assistant was inundated with other clients. By 4pm we had heard nothing other than their was an issue with arriving funds. Then from nowhere at 17.30 (when most people had gone home) Jack phoned, he was concise & professional and informed us what was happing and what could be done about it. He stayed in contact until later that evening and followed through 1st thing the next morning.
We found Jack to be everything you would want & need both legally & efficiently at what was a very fast moving & stressfull time.

I recently completed the sale of my business, and the transaction was expertly handled by Jack Howell. From start to finish, Jack was the epitome of professionalism. His attention to detail was second to none, and he consistently kept me informed and reassured throughout the process.

We faced several challenges due to delays and complications from the solicitor acting on the other side, along with issues involving the mortgage lender. Despite this, Jack remained calm, collected, and professional at all times. His measured approach and clear communication made what could have been a very stressful experience feel far more manageable.

What truly stood out was Jack’s dedication — the night before he was due to fly out to Vietnam for two weeks, he stayed in the office until 11pm to ensure the deal got over the line for me. That level of commitment is incredibly rare and genuinely appreciated.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack to anyone looking for a reliable and diligent solicitor. A true credit to the profession.

Unfortunately, my initial dealings with the Tamworth branch were disappointing. Communication was poor, responses were slow, and I often found the tone to be abrupt and unhelpful, which only added stress during an already difficult time.

However, things changed significantly once I requested to move my case to the Lichfield branch. Stephen, Nadine, and Paige were fantastic from start to finish — responsive, supportive, and highly professional. They made the rest of the process smooth and reassuring, and I truly felt I was in good hands. If my experience had been with Lichfield from the beginning, it would have been an easy 5 stars.

I hope this feedback helps others and encourages the same level of service across all branches.

I've recently used GloverPriest to purchase a property and have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience.

Having purchased and sold with another solicitor before, I know how stressful it can be but GP made it so painless. Lauren was proactive, helpful and kept me up to date throughout the process.

They provide a handy report with all of their findings from the searchers and enquiries meaning that everything is broken down in a way that anyone can understand and also means that you don't have to spend ages trawling through all of the legal documents and jargon.

Would 100% use again and recommend.
