Partner contacted this firm to represent him against his company for harassment and using his disability confidential information to block his career progress which clearly breaches Equality Act 2010. Partner compiled hundreds of documents thoroughly and categorised everything very neatly so it was easy for them to go through all the evidence he had gathered. Partner was aiming to get a year's salary plus extra costs per area as compensation for all the damage cost. This firm could've got a big portion themselves, but they decided not to represent him as they couldn't be bothered to deal with his 'complex case'. Really useless and unprofessional firm.

Thomsons solicitors was used by my union (unison) when I told them about an incident at work. Nathalie handled my case and quickly managed to handle this. With the workplace this incident was at claiming full responsibility, this was a faster claim. She had mentioned, if I were to reject the offer I was given, I could get more money but since that’s not the reason for this, I went with the original offer.
I can’t thank everyone at Thomsons enough!

What a waste of time! I have put so much time in to everything they asked me to do even spending money to get to appointments ect to be told that they are no further forward with the 3rd party and wouldn't feel confident going to court after nearly a year of waiting so disappointing
