I used the contact form on the website to ask about having a redundancy settlement agreement reviewed and signed-off. I received a call back very quickly and a solicitor was asigned immediately. I sent the agreement and the final sign-off process was very quick and easy. All done online.

Magdalena and her team in ISON Harrison have been helping us since we purchase our first property till the time we sold it. The process is not always easy and the amount of time of waiting , emails and phone calls unto completion. Magdalena and her team has been always patient and kind to answer all our questions . Throughout the last 5 yrs dealing with my litigation Diane Askel has been by my side, not only guiding and advising me on my case and getting the best result for me under difficult situation dealing with an extremely frustrating defendant. Diane showed and spoke to me with empathy and compassion at all times. Diane explained the procedures and guided me through every step with patience and in lay persons words to help me understand .All I can say she was a 'person' before being a solicitor which what made this awful process bearable.

Having just moved home and used Ison Harrison in Otley for our conveyancing, I can confidently recommend them as solicitors in this field. In particular, Lorna Stringwell, who dealt with both our sale and purchase, was always friendly, polite and professional and bent over backwards to ensure we were into our new home within an ambitious time-frame. Lorna responded to all my questions in a timely fashion and her reassuring presence really took the stress out of the whole process. I would definitely use Ison Harrison of Otley again in future and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Whilst some of the growth has been facilitated through acquiring other smaller firms, most has been organic as a consequence of clients recommending us or returning for additional services. As you can see the firm has enjoyed substantial growth over the past decade. We have always taken the view that standing still as a business is not an option for us. We have seen many law firms either go out of business or reduce in size over the years and we were determined not to struggle in the same way. We have therefore constantly looked to improve. We have looked for opportunities to grow our profile, the number of our offices, and the breadth of services that we offer. We have looked for ways to improve our internal processes, employee engagement and how we deal and communicate with clients. All partners and managers recognise the importance of communication and set the tone within the firm employing honest, open and prompt communication with clients and colleagues alike.
